Product introduction

UH series worm gear clutch valve handwheel mechanism is used in conjunction with pneumatic actuators. For 0° ~ 90° open ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves and other manual operation.

Material: Die-cast aluminum alloy, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel

Working environment temperature: standard type -20℃ ~ 85℃ Low temperature type -40℃ ~ 85℃ High temperature type -20℃ ~ 150℃

Stroke adjustment: 0° ~ 90° two positions ±5° adjustment range

Input torque range: 50N.m ~ 200N.m

Output torque range: 100N.m ~ 11000N.m

2. The product has strong1. versatility, and high output torque matching degree with all kinds of valvesof pneumatic devices.

3. The output connection shaft is separated by 90' double key groove and octagonal square hole design, which for users to choose different valve connection forms relative to the installation direction according to their needs.

4. Lift the limit pin, rotate and switch the 90" limit pin to realize pneumatic, but otherwise manual.

5. When the product leaves the factory, there is special grease,and after the assembly with the valve,the overall seal is dust and waterproof.
