Product introduction

UX-700 series pinion and rack pneumatic actuators are suitable for 0°-90° stroke valves such as ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves to cut off and adjust metering control conditions.

Structure: double piston rack and pinion type   

Cylinder material: die-cast aluminum alloy, stainless steel, carbon steel

Travel range: 0°~ 90°, double position adjustment ±5°

Travel customization: 0°, 45°, 90° or 0°, 90°, 180° three position operation mode

Surface anti-corrosion treatment: hard oxidation, polyester powder spraying, epoxy resin, polytetrafluoroethylene hot melt spraying

Output torque range: 20N.m ~ 11000N.m

Valve connection standards: NAMUR, ISO5211,DIN3337

Technical conditions:

  Dry or lubricated air . or the non - corrosive gases

  The maximum particle diameter must less than 30μm

2.Air supply pressure

  The minimum supply pressure is 2.5Bar

The maximum supply pressure is 8 Bar

3.Operating temperature

  Standard :-20℃-+80℃

  Low temperature :-40℃~+80℃

High temperature :-20℃-+150℃

4.Travel adjustment

  Have adjustment range of ±5° for the rotation at 0 and 90°

  Either indoor or outdoor
