UX series fork type pneumatic actuators are suitable for 0°-90° stroke valves such as ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves to cut off and adjust the metering control conditions.

Structure: piston fork type

Material: Carbon steel, alloy steel, die-cast aluminum alloy, stainless steel

Dual position adjustment; Travel customization: 0°, 45°, 90° or 0°, 90°, 180° three position operation mode

Surface anti-corrosion treatment: industrial anti-corrosion coating

Output torque range: 20N.m ~ 11000N.m

Connection standards: NAMUR, ISO5211,DIN3337

Operating parameter

1. Working medium:Impurity particles smaller than 30 μ m in dry

or clean air or non-corrosive gaseous media.

2. Air source pressure: 3Bar to 7Bar

3.Ambient temperature: Standard type -20℃to + 80℃ Low temperature type -40℃to + 80℃ High temperature type-20C to+150℃，

4.Stroke adjustment:rotation Angle 0℃to 90° two positions

have ±6° adjustment range.

5.Output torque: double action 500N.m to 300000N.m single

action spring retur type 300N.m to 150000N.m.

6.Application:indoor or outdoor installation.

0° to60° ; Three-position stroke 0° to30° to 90°.
